The Member Care Course is a very intensive program designed to equip, empower and enable students to develop competency skills in debriefing, managing stress, coach others in re-entry, building strong families, handling cross cultural stress, working in team, planning contingency, conduct grief and loss briefing, setting up a mc so that field workers can finish well for the glory of God
Run by member care personnel that have had experience serving on the field and in a missions agency, the course is interactive and also practical, with real case studies, interviews, role-playing and a practicum.
